Detailed Roadmap

Kenesis’s roadmap outlines a strategic, multi-phase plan to build and scale its decentralized, Web3-based learning and research ecosystem through 2026. Each phase delivers critical milestones to realize our vision of a transparent, creator-centric, and innovative global marketplace for knowledge. By leveraging blockchain technology, NFT-based ownership, and the token, aims to revolutionize education and research with a secure, scalable, and user-empowered platform.

The roadmap is structured as follows:

Phase 1: Q4 2025 – Platform Foundation

This phase establishes the core infrastructure and launches the minimum viable product (MVP) to attract early adopters and creators.

  • Platform MVP Launch Deploy the MVP with essential features, including course tokenization, multi-chain support (Binance Smart Chain, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Ethereum, Optimism), and NFT-based access control, enabling creators to tokenize and sell educational content securely.

  • Presale Conduct a presale of $Kenesis tokens (Strategic Round: 10.42%, 83.33M; Public Sales 1–4: 38.64%, 308.99M) to fund development, marketing, and ecosystem growth, targeting early adopters and strategic partners.

  • Token Generation Event (TGE) Launch the token (800M total supply) on supported blockchains, enabling payments, rewards, and staking. At TGE, Public Sales (308.99M) and Airdrop (1%, 8M) are fully unlocked, Liquidity is 50% unlocked (15%, 60M), and other allocations follow vesting schedules.

  • eBook and Research Work Tokenization Enable creators to tokenize and sell eBooks and research papers as NFTs, expanding content offerings and supporting authors and researchers in monetizing their work.

  • Basic Marketplace Launch a user-friendly marketplace for browsing and purchasing tokenized content, featuring a hero section for top-ranked content driven by initial yield staking.

  • Admin Approval System Implement a robust admin panel to review uploaded content, ensuring quality and preventing scams through moderation and user verification tools.

Phase 2: Q1 2026 – Marketplace Expansion

This phase enhances the marketplace, scales user engagement, and introduces advanced features to drive adoption.

  • Full Marketplace Launch Roll out an enhanced marketplace with advanced search, filtering, and a prominent hero section showcasing content from creators participating in yield staking, improving discoverability and user experience.

  • Global Affiliate Expansion Expand the affiliate program to new regions, enabling creators and promoters worldwide to earn commissions via referral links, with smart contracts ensuring transparent payouts.

  • Advanced Staking Features Introduce yield staking with multi-asset rewards (BTC, USDT, $Kenesis) for creators locking tokens (Staking Pool: 20%, 160M, per earlier tokenomics assumption, adjusted if specified), enhancing visibility and incentivizing long-term token holding.

  • Buy-Back and Burn Mechanism Implement a buy-back and burn program, using platform revenue (e.g., transaction fees, NFT sales) to repurchase and burn tokens, reducing supply and supporting token value.

  • AI Bot for Course Creators Launch the LLM Open Module, enabling creators to deploy AI-driven learning assistants trained with course-specific prompts, hosted on decentralized infrastructure for real-time learner support.

  • Enhanced Marketing NFTs Scale the NFT-based marketing system with advanced targeting and analytics, allowing creators to send promotional NFTs with discounts or recommendations to re-engage potential buyers.

Phase 3: Q2 2026 – AI and LLM Tokenization

This phase introduces advanced AI capabilities and expands the platform’s technical infrastructure.

  • AI Module and LLM Tokenization Enable creators to tokenize AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) as NFTs, allowing buyers to access specialized AI tools and expanding offerings to include cutting-edge technology solutions.

  • Decentralized Storage APIs Launch APIs for creators to integrate platform proprietary decentralized storage with their own domains, enabling branded content hosting while leveraging secure, distributed infrastructure.

  • Community Governance Introduce basic governance features, allowing token holders to vote on platform updates, fostering community involvement and aligning with Web3 principles.

  • Partnerships Establish partnerships with educational institutions and research organizations to onboard high-quality content, enhancing credibility and attracting diverse creators and learners.

Phase 4: Q3 2026 – Ecosystem Growth

This phase focuses on accessibility, interoperability, and global outreach to solidify market position.

  • Mobile App Launch Release iOS and Android apps for seamless access to the platform, enabling learners and creators to engage on-the-go with tokenized content and marketplace features.

  • Cross-Chain Interoperability Implement cross-chain bridges to allow NFT transfers between supported blockchains, enhancing flexibility and user experience across the multi-chain ecosystem.

  • Advanced Analytics Dashboard Provide creators with a detailed analytics dashboard tracking sales, NFT resales, affiliate performance, and learner engagement, empowering data-driven strategies.

  • Global Marketing Campaign Launch a global marketing campaign to position as the leading Web3 learning platform, targeting creators, learners, and institutions worldwide.

Phase 5: Q4 2026 – Scalability and Innovation

The final phase scales the platform globally, fully decentralizes governance, and introduces cutting-edge innovations.

  • Decentralized Governance Transition to a fully decentralized governance model, empowering $Kenesis token holders to shape platform policies, upgrades, and community initiatives, reinforcing Web3 principles.

  • Integration with Web3 Ecosystems Partner with other Web3 platforms (e.g., DeFi protocols, DAOs) to integrate Kenesis into broader ecosystems, enhancing utility and interoperability.

  • Scalable Storage Solution Optimize the decentralized storage infrastructure to handle high-volume content uploads, ensuring performance and reliability as the platform scales.

  • AI Enhancements Upgrade the LLM Open Module with advanced AI features, such as personalized learning paths and predictive analytics, to deliver tailored educational experiences.

  • Global Expansion Onboard creators and learners from emerging markets, offering localized support for multiple languages and regional payment tokens to drive inclusivity and adoption.

This roadmap outlines a clear path for Kenesis to evolve from its MVP in Q2 2025 to a globally scaled, decentralized learning ecosystem by Q4 2026. By delivering innovative features, fostering partnerships, and prioritizing user engagement, Kenesis will achieve its mission to revolutionize education and research through a secure, transparent, and creator-empowered platform.
